CoasterMania! - 2003
CoasterMania, the world's largest enthusiast
gathering, takes place this year on June 6, 2003. This annual event draws
thousands of people each year. Free food, discounted park admission,
and discounted Challenge Golf/ Challenge Racing/Ripcord fares, not to mention over 14 hours of
exclusive ride time, make up the 15th year of this event. This year, the schedule is as follows:

Gates Open! Time to enter the world's largest Amusement
Park. Tickets and event info will be available at Group Sales located to the left of the
admission gates).

8:30 AM |
ERT (Exclusive Ride Time) on
Top Thrill Dragster (line will close at 8am
to accommodate the public).

ERT (Exclusive Ride Time) on Raptor,
Blue Streak, and Power Tower.

The
creators of Top Thrill Dragster, Intamin, will speak about the world's
tallest coaster. The wonderful Cedar Point staff will also be on hand.
Location: Cedar Point's Convention Center. Be warned... seating is first come first
serve!

Want
to skip the line on Top Thrill Dragster - the world's tallest roller
coaster? Write a short essay(50 words or less) about why you deserve
to skip the line. Email your entry to prdept@cedarpoint.com by
Friday May, 23(Use "Front of Line" as email subject).
Winners will be announced at the picnic lunch, and will be given their
VIP ride right after. Winners will even be allowed to pick their seat
during their VIP ride!

A special
discount will be given to Coastermania attendees on Ripcord, Challenge
Golf, and Challenge Racing. On Ripcord: $10 for three people, $15 for
two people, and $20 for one person. Play a round of miniature golf(18
or 36 holes) and get one free. Speed around the Challenge Racing (one
or two trips) and get one trip of equal or lesser value free.
Challenge Park discounts only from 10 am to 10 pm.

CoasterMania is for people who belong to an amusement park or roller coaster club. If you are a season pass holder(of
Cedar Point or any Cedar Far park) you also must be a member of a coaster/amusement club to attend.
Attendees may a discounted admission to the park; $32 bucks, which is
11.95 dollars off the regular price! And if you are a season pass holder
(of a Cedar Fair park) AND a member of a roller coaster club,
CoasterMania is free! NOTE: The Joe Cool Club is not a coaster/amusement
park club.
